• A private OC12 running over the fiber on Cisco/Cerant equipment that allows multiple DS3s and OC3s to be provisioned between our facilities and Verizon
• Multiple DS3 Internet connections to multiple major Internet backbone providers
• Cisco 7206VXR router infrastructure

Server Implementation

• Redundant and load-balancing checkpoint firewalls capable of 500 megabits/second throughput.
• Redundant gigabit ethernet switch fabric.
• Compaq DL580 Quad Processor Windows 2000 Cluster using fibre-channel storage. This cluster provides high availability for mail, SQL Server 2000, and network attached storage which provides content for the web servers.
• Compaq DL380 Windows 2000 Web Servers. (UNIX servers available.)
• Fiber-channel storage system scalable to 3 terabytes.
• Fiber-channel backup system to offload backup jobs from the network.
• Checkpoint firewall can load balance both UNIX and NT web sites across
multiple web servers for scalability and redundancy.
