Newspapers in Need

It's all in our products

Our product line begins with the NewsHelp publishing system. We've expanded to offer business or member database directories and a new classified advertising web site.

At the core of what we do remains the NewsHelp Internet publishing system. NewsHelp was originally created for our own use at the News-Register, a community newspaper in McMinnville, OR. We developed and tested the system in a working newsroom. New ideas resulted in product upgrades.

We were committed to the NewsHelp idea for one key reason. As career print journalists, we were determined to find an efficient way for our newsroom to convert print content to the web. We succeeded.

This commitment to working news organizations remains. We listen to our customers and continually upgrade the product based on what they say.

We guarantee the same commitment to you.

NewsHelp's publishing system features...

  • Password-protected access
  • Convenient "add story and "edit story" screens for easy access by both reporters and editors
  • "News Manager" administration screen for quick reference by date, content section or story

  • Reference links to other web sites provides you the ability to send readers to additional information
  • Searchable story archive
